Visitors to our websites

Data We Collect & Registering for our E-newsletter

During the course of your dealings with us and as part of our normal business processes we will collect basic contact and business related information. This may include amongst other things your name, contact address, telephone number, mobile number and email.

Should you or the business you represent, conduct transactions with us then we will also maintain such data as is necessary for day-to-day administration of your account.

If you choose to sign up to our newsletter we collect your name, email address and company name to send e-newsletters and marketing information to your email address.

All data collected is for internal use only. We do not share our marketing data or any of your personal data, contact details or communication preferences with third parties. We store this information on a secure internal database to keep your data safe.

For general mailings we use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimps’s privacy notice.

If you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list your details will be updated and your request to receive mailings removed from the internal database and from MailChimp.

When registering for information to be sent to you will be mailed a link or complete the online form which we ask you to complete fully in order to update us of your preferences. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list or require to change your contact preferences at any time, then you can do so by either clicking unsubscribe to a link on one of our mailings, which will remove you from the mailings database or update your overall preferences by using the form on our website. Your changes will usually be updated within 2 working days.
